1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the BHB Airport Transfers services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Booking Services
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion. While we strive to be punctual, we utilize real-time flight tracking to minimize delays, however, we are not liable for delays caused by extreme traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. User Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards chauffeurs. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged at repair cost plus loss of earnings. Alcohol and food consumption are at the chauffeur's discretion.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for pre-paid airport transfers will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BHB Airport Transfers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our transfer services.
